What are the delivery options and timelines for Vera McCullough Jewellery?All orders for Vera McCullough Jewellery will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days, provided the order is accepted, available, and does not include a “Bespoke Jewellery” item. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of “Bespoke Jewellery” items. For delivery to the UK, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, a secure, next-day delivery service requiring a signature upon receipt. For delivery to Europe, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Internationally Signed For Delivery, requiring a signature on arrival. Please allow 5 to 9 working days for delivery. For delivery to the Rest of the World, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Internationally Signed For Delivery, requiring a signature on arrival. Please allow 20 working days for delivery. Any applicable taxes or duties in the destination country are to be paid by the consumer. The delivery cost for this service is £10. Some products may be made especially for you and will be identified with a 4-week delivery estimate when you place your order. Once the order is ready for dispatch, delivery will be achieved using the same methods stated above. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm a new delivery schedule or offer a full refund. If we have not delivered the order within 30 working days of submitting your order or any other agreed date, you may cancel the contract, and we will refund any money paid by you. We will make every effort to deliver your goods in accordance with the timescales listed. We will not be liable for delays due to reasons outside of our control. Please allow a minimum of 10 working days for any single delivery.

Pricing and Payment?Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed or that there has been a pricing error when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed at the correct price. All payments must be made at the time of ordering. All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services providers. You should only provide your personal information after reviewing the 3rd party privacy policies . We will share information with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website. If we are unable to accept your order for any reason then we will refund any money paid by you in respect of that order. We will not dispatch your order until we receive payment in full. We do not have to accept your order, and in particular, we will not accept your order if: a. we do not have the goods in stock/the goods in stock appear to be damaged; b. your payment is not authorised; c. there is an error on our Website regarding the price or other details of the goods; We will be in contact with you as soon as practicable (by email or by phone) in each of the above circumstances to discuss your options. What is your cancellation and return policy?If you are a consumer (i.e., not purchasing for your business), you have the right to cancel the contract (except for personalised or non-returnable products) and receive a refund. If you cancel/return an order, you must return it at your cost and risk, ensuring the items are adequately insured during the return journey. Items must be returned within seven working days from the notification date. All postage charges are non-refundable. For “Bespoke Jewellery” (items created to your specifications), the right to cancel or return is revoked. Any returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges are at the discretion of Vera McCullough Jewellery. Bespoke pieces bought on the website, not made to your specifications (excluding resizing), can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Products are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by your delivery note. Return postage for sizing issues is the customer's responsibility. If a piece requires resizing after shipping, the customer will be charged for the resizing service and shipping costs. All returns for sizing issues will incur shipping charges. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unworn and show no signs of wear. Each item will be inspected before a refund is issued. Non-bespoke online pieces must be returned within 28 days of receiving the order, and bespoke online pieces within 14 days. Resizing is free if requested before the piece is shipped. Resized products to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds for PayPal payments will be made by re-crediting your PayPal account. All refunds will be made within 30 working days either: a. (where Products have not been delivered within 30 working days of your Order) of our confirmation by email that your Order has been cancelled; or b. (where Products have been delivered) of our receipt of the returned Products.

How do I book a consultation or repair service online?To book a bespoke jewellery consultation or repair service with Vera McCullough Jewellery, select your desired service, choose an available time slot, and provide the required details on our website. A non-refundable £25 deposit must be paid during the booking process to secure your consultation. This deposit will be deducted from the total price if an order is placed. Once your booking is submitted and the deposit is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your consultation or reschedule. If you fail to attend without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Ensure all information provided during booking is accurate. For redesign consultations, bring any relevant materials or pieces. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments as necessary and will notify you promptly of any changes. While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from consultations or repairs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. How can I book a jewellery-making workshop?To book a jewellery-making workshop with Vera McCullough Jewellery, select your desired package, choose an available time slot, and provide the required details on our website. The full amount of the package must be paid during the booking process to secure your place. Once your booking is submitted and the payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 1 week in advance for a full refund/rescheduling or 48 hours in advance for a 90% refund/rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you fail to attend without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited. Ensure all information provided during booking is accurate, especially food and allergy requirements. All services are subject to availability. For shared experiences, at least 4 people are required to run the class. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments as necessary and will notify you promptly of any changes. Gift CardsGift cards are non-refundable and therefore, all sales of gift cards are final. Gift cards expire 6 months after the date of purchase and must therefore be used within those 6 months in order to be accepted as a form of payment.
