DeliveryAll orders for Vera McCullough Jewellery will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days providing the order is accepted, available and does not include a “Bespoke Jewellery” item (Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of “Bespoke Jewellery” items) item. Vera McCullough Jewellery: For delivery to the UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery a secure, next day delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt. Vera McCullough Jewellery: For Delivery to Europe orders are despatched via Royal Mail Internationally signed for Delivery. Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately, we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX. Please allow 5 to 9 working days for delivery. Vera McCullough Jewellery: For delivery to the Rest of the World orders are despatched via Royal Mail Internationally signed for Delivery. Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately, we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX. Please allow 20 working days for delivery. Any applicable taxes or duties in the destination country are to be paid by the consumer. The delivery cost for this service is £10. Some Vera McCullough Jewellery products may be made especially for you and these will be identified with a 4 week day delivery estimate when you place your order. Once the order is ready for despatch delivery will be achieved using the same delivery methods stated above. We take great care in ensuring all items are available at time of ordering however in the case where a product is found to be out of stock we will contact you to confirm a new delivery schedule or to offer a full refund. If we have not delivered the order within 30 working days of submitting your order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you. We will make every effort to deliver your goods in accordance with the timescales listed in these Terms of Use. We will not be liable for delays in delivering your goods where such delay is due to reasons outside of our control. While we offer this service to you we cannot guarantee the exact date or time of the delivery so please allow a minimum of 10 working days for any single delivery.

Pricing and Payment?Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed or that there has been a pricing error when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed at the correct price. All payments must be made at the time of ordering. All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services providers. You should only provide your personal information after reviewing the 3rd party privacy policies . We will share information with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website. If we are unable to accept your order for any reason then we will refund any money paid by you in respect of that order. We will not dispatch your order until we receive payment in full. We do not have to accept your order, and in particular, we will not accept your order if: a. we do not have the goods in stock/the goods in stock appear to be damaged; b. your payment is not authorised; c. there is an error on our Website regarding the price or other details of the goods; We will be in contact with you as soon as practicable (by email or by phone) in each of the above circumstances to discuss your options. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Your Right To Cancel an Order?If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract (other than for personalised or other products which we have specified as non-returnable) and receive a refund from us. You must inform us in writing. Please email us at: veramccullough@googlemail.com if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after your order has been delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return your order to us at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure that the item/s from your order are adequately insured during the return journey. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the item/s and that they are returned to us within seven working days from the date of notification of their intended return. All postage charges are non refundable. For any order consisting of “Bespoke Jewellery” (“Bespoke Jewellery” means any item of jewellery that is created by us in accordance with your specifications. This includes but is not limited to items with customised design, metals, stones or engravings) your right to cancel is revoked . Any subsequent returns, refunds, credits or exchanges shall be at the discretion of Vera McCullough Jewellery where all decisions are final. Details of your right to cancel or return will also be provided in the delivery note which accompanies your order. In addition to your right to cancel above, Products are accepted for credit or exchange if returned to Vera McCullough Jewellery, in a saleable condition within 30 days of delivery accompanied by your delivery note. Such a return is at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure the item/s are adequately insured during the return journey. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the item/s. Where you paid for an order by PayPal, refunds will be made by re-crediting your PayPal account from which the money was originally debited. All refunds will be made within 30 working days either: a. (where Products have not been delivered to you at the delivery address you have requested within 30 working days of your Order) of our confirmation by email to you that your Order has been cancelled; or b. (where Products have been delivered to you) of our receipt of the Products you have returned to us.

Booking OnlineThese Terms and Conditions govern the online booking service for bespoke jewellery consultations and repair services provided by Vera McCullough Jewellery. By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable £25 deposit must be paid prior to the appointment, during the booking process, to secure your consultation. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the piece or service if order is placed. To book a consultation, please select your desired service, choose an available time slot, and provide the required details. Once your booking is submitted and the deposit payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We understand that delays happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your consultation or reschedule to ensure that all clients receive the full attention they deserve. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Please ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate. If you are booking a redesign consultation, we ask that you bring any relevant materials or pieces you wish to incorporate. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments as necessary. You will be notified promptly if any changes are required. While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from consultations or repairs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of booking and providing services. We do not share your information with third parties and take all reasonable measures to protect your data. Jewellery-Making WorkshopsThese Terms and Conditions govern the online booking service for Jewellery Making Workshops provided by Vera McCullough Jewellery. By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The full amount of the package chosen must be paid during the booking process, and prior to the workshop, to secure your place. To book a workshop, please select your desired package, choose an available time slot, and provide the required details. Once your booking is submitted and the full amount has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your workshop, please contact us 1 week or more in advance for a full refund/rescheduling or 48 hours in advance for a refund of 90% of the amount paid/rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your paid amount will be forfeited. Please ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate, especially food and allergy requirements. All services are subject to availability. For the shared jewellery-making experience, we require at least 4 people to run the class. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments as necessary.
